I've been baking since I could reach the kitchen bench. What started as weekend experiments with my grandmother's recipe books has grown into a genuine passion — and now a small home bakery where I pour everything I know into every single cake.
I work from my home kitchen in Perth, taking a limited number of orders each week so every cake gets the attention it deserves. I believe the best ingredients, combined with patience and care, make all the difference.
